EIGHT Side Chair

In creating EIGHT, designer Jin Kuramoto sought to produce a chair that would draw people in with utmost comfort and beautiful aesthetics.

A shell-type chair made with two-layer configuration and the capacity for different upholstery types on the front and back sides. In addition to the plush, supportive seat, this chair gives a lasting, rich impression from its solid wood frame of delicately varying thickness, inspired by the shape of the number “8.” The configuration of the back, in particular, is a result of Kuramoto’s persevering attention to detail and the excellent capabilities of our technicians.
