Visit your Order History page in the Google Store, select the items you wish to return, and click the 'Return' button to generate your request.
Prepare your package
Place the item in its original packaging with all included cables and documentation, then print and attach the provided prepaid shipping label.
Ship the item back
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location specified on your return label to ensure secure tracking and delivery.
Receive your refund
Once our warehouse inspects and processes your returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
